• Booking information: booking references, selected property, room or bed, dates, guest counts, arrival details, special requests, and booking status.

When online payment is available, an authorized payment processor may collect and process payment credentials under its own terms and privacy practices. HotelHostel generally receives transaction information needed to confirm the booking, reconcile the transaction, issue a receipt, or record a refund, such as the amount, status, provider reference, and limited payment method details.

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to provide the requested service, including with:

• The accommodation provider connected to a reservation or support request.
• Payment, email, push-notification, authentication, hosting, and messaging providers used by the application.
• Third-party accommodation or inventory providers when you use an integrated provider booking flow.
• Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the platform.

HotelHostel may use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences, and platform operation.
