HotelHostel is the customer-facing accommodation booking platform and brand operated by PaySaw SMC Private Limited. In these Terms, “Platform” means the current HotelHostel website, account areas, booking tools, communications, and related services.

You may use the Platform only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. You agree to provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, update your contact details, and promptly tell us about unauthorized account use.

The Platform helps travelers discover and connect with supported accommodation providers. A reservation is subject to availability, confirmation, room or bed details, price, house rules, identity requirements, and other terms shown for that reservation. A booking is not complete until the applicable confirmation or status is issued by the Platform or relevant provider.

Property names, descriptions, photographs, amenities, locations, inventory, and policies are supplied by the relevant property, host, or provider and may change. Property providers remain responsible for the accommodation, check-in, room or bed condition, house rules, and services delivered at the property.

Prices, taxes, deposits, service charges, discounts, currency conversions, and other fees are shown where available for the selected reservation. The amount due may depend on dates, guests, room or bed type, property rules, provider terms, and applicable taxes. Review the final booking summary before confirming.

The Platform supports the payment methods and payment states shown during the booking flow, which may include payment at the property or online payment. Payment credentials may be processed by an authorized payment provider. HotelHostel records the transaction information needed to confirm and administer the reservation.

Cancellation, refund, deposit, and charge terms are determined by the applicable property or provider policy shown with the reservation and by the booking’s recorded status. The detailed process is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. No refund is promised where the applicable booking is non-refundable or a deadline has passed.

If you do not arrive, arrive after the property’s stated check-in window without an agreed arrangement, or leave early, the applicable property or provider policy may treat the booking as non-refundable or charge additional amounts. Contact the property and HotelHostel promptly if your plans change.

You are responsible for the accuracy of guest and booking information, meeting check-in and identification requirements, paying amounts due, following house rules, respecting other guests and property staff, and leaving the accommodation in an appropriate condition. Do not upload or send information you are not authorized to provide.

Hosts and property managers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, lawful operation of the accommodation, availability, prices, policies, guest communications, and delivery of the stay. Some inventory may be supplied through an integrated third-party accommodation provider. Its confirmed inventory and applicable booking conditions form part of the reservation information shown to you.

HotelHostel provides digital booking and reservation services; the physical accommodation is provided by the selected property. See our Service Delivery Policy for confirmation, check-in, delayed-confirmation, and provider-inventory information.

You must not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or misleading information, scrape or copy content without permission, infringe rights, abuse communications channels, or use the Platform for unlawful, unsafe, or discriminatory activity.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, properties, the Platform, or legal and financial interests, including for suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or unpaid amounts. HotelHostel and its licensors retain rights in the Platform, branding, software, and original content. You receive a limited right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PaySaw SMC Private Limited and HotelHostel are not responsible for the acts, omissions, condition, availability, or services of an accommodation provider, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law gives you. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a booking or payment issue.
